Flight to Bishkek, the greenest capital city in Central Asia.
Arrival at Bishkek International Airport.
Immigration formalities usually take 20 min to 60 min: visa/passport control and baggage claim. Come out of the terminal and meet the staff holding a sign “ANUR TOUR” or with your name on it.
10:00 Start Bishkek countryside sightseeing tour visiting:
- Ala Archa Natural park (~35 km from Bishkek, ~ 40min)
It is a popular place for hiking, skiing, and mountaineering, including trips to more than 20 glaciers. It covers an area of 200 square km. mostly forested valleys, waterfalls, and rivers rich in trout. The altitude of the ranges varies from 1500 m to the highest point of 4895 m. Several rare species of fauna and especially traditionally revered juniper trees are under protection in the Natural Park.
Time to explore the area, take photos, and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful nature views.
Lunch barbecue in the park.
Transfer to the ski base Kashka Suu. Accommodation in the cottages at the ski base.
After a short rest, transfer to Archaly hills for flower watching, especially Zinaida tulips.
- Zinaida tulips. This genus of tulips was named after famous botanist and embryologist Zinaida Botschanzeva, who made a significant scientific contribution in studies of Central Asian tulips, describing 6 new tulip species.
Zinaida tulip is inscribed in the Red Book of Kyrgyzstan as one of the endangered species and is under ecological protection.
Transfer to the cottages.
Dinner and overnight in the cottages at the ski base.
Transfer to the so-called Salty Gorge for tulip watching.
The gorge has got its name because of salt crystals that can be seen as bright sparkles on the contrasting red clay slopes.
Take time for easy hiking in the gorge, flower watching, and taking photos.
Lunch at the local café.
In the evening, transfer to Bishkek, visiting the botanical garden to see some rare tulips.

09:00 Transfer to the most beautiful place in Kyrgyzstan – Sary Chelek Lakes area.
- Sary Chelek Lakes and the natural park there in the gorge, rich in various flowers, including tulips.
On the way several photo stops, flower watching, and easy hiking:
- Too Ashuu pass to have a picturesque view over Suusamyr and Chu valleys;
- Toktogul water reservoir (the biggest in Kyrgyzstan) and Toktogul hydropower station;
- Naryn River for panoramic views.

09:00 Transfer to Sary Chelek Nature Reserve.
- Sary Chelek Nature Reserve, located in the Jalal-Abad region, was founded in 1959 as one of the important reserves in Kyrgyzstan. In 1979 Sary Chelek was included in the UNESCO list as a World Biosphere reserve because of unique lakes chain taking quite a large territory provide favorable conditions for biodiversity and the climate forming of the region.
Easy hiking at the lakes and exploring the flora and fauna of the reserve.
Picnic lunch.
Afternoon transfer to Arkyt village.
09:00 Transfer to Talas region (350 km, about 7 hrs).
- Talas is a small town in a valley of the same name, cut off from the rest of Kyrgyzstan by mountain ranges.
This region is known as the Land of Manas, reputedly the birthplace of the legendary hero, and is home to his mausoleum a few kilometres outside the city itself.
- Visit the Gumbaz of Manas (national hero of the Kyrgyz people). Despite various inscriptions on the mausoleum noting the mausoleum was built to honor the Emir's daughter, it is believed that this is the mausoleum of the legendary warrior Manas. There is a historical core, as anthropologists found male remains in the tomb, and a legend says that the beloved wife of Manas asked to have a female name noted in inscriptions to avoid enemies' vandalism. The mausoleum is considered a major spiritual place in Kyrgyzstan.

09:00 Transfer to Besh Tash Gorge near Talas for a tulip hunt.
Besh Tash (from the Kyrgyz word «five stones») lies south of Talas town via the valley; the road goes up and follows the Besh Tash River to the height of 2997 meters above sea level, where some mountain lakes are situated.
The valley scenery gradually changes to hills and spectacular mountains.
Arrive in the gorge and start watching tulips and other flowers.

The musicians in traditional Kyrgyz costumes present you with a wide range of national musical instruments– starting from Komuz (a three-stringed wooden musical instrument) to Chopo Choi (a wind instrument made of mountain reed). Enjoy the fascinating singing of young Kyrgyz ladies and men.

10:00 Start Bishkek sightseeing tour, visiting:
- Oak Park, the city center. It is also known as Dubovy Park; today it is one of the favorite places among locals and tourists in Bishkek.
- Ala-Too Square is the central square in Bishkek. It serves as a place for state events and celebrations. Philharmonic Hall – situated at the top of Rose Alley.
- Statue of Manas (Manas is a legendary Kyrgyz hero and the classic centerpiece of Kyrgyz literature).
- Victory Square, where one can see the Victory monument, a memorial completed in 1984. Usually, the main festival events are held in Bishkek at the eternal flame on Victory Square with the guard of honor, forces of the Kyrgyz garrison, and a military band.
- The State History Museum is a perfect display of the Kyrgyz people and the history of the country of Kyrgyzstan.
- Visit the colorful central bazaar and TSUM (Department Store).
- In the afternoon, transfer to the National Flag Hill located on one of the highest points of Bishkek, where one can see a panoramic view of the city at sunset.
