09:00 Start driving to the ancient city of Kunya-Urgench.

During the excursion, you will be able to learn more about its mausoleums belonging to several sultans, such as Sultan Ali & Sultan II Arslan. There are also the famous Kutlug Temur Minaret & Kyrk Molla Hill located. 

15:00 Drive to the Uzbek-Turkmen border pass 'Shavat-Dashoguz'. Pass the border; meet with the Uzbek-side driver. Drive to Khiva.

18:00 Arrival in Khiva.

Start a walking excursion in the historical part of Khiva – Ichan-kala (translated as “Inner Town”). Ichan-kala is the largest Museum in the open air in Central Asia, consisting of the following monuments:

-  Ata-Darvaza,

-  Dishan-Kala -Dishan-Kala is the name of the historical “outside” city of Khiva. As opposed to Ichan-Kala, Dishan-Kala is kept only as ruins of the gates of the exterior defensive walls.

-  Madrassah of Muhammad Rahim Khan,

-  Kalta Minor, the Palace of the Allakulihan Khan of Khiva

-  Tash Hauli, where the harem of 40 concubines was,

-  Caravanserai and Tim Allakulihan,

-  Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum - one of the best works of Khivian architecture - mausoleum of Pahlavan Mahmud - done in the tradition of Khorezm architecture of the XVIII- XIX centuries  and Pahlavan Mahmud Gates,

-  Islam-Khoja Madrasah - was built in 1908 by Islam-Khoja, the Prime Minister of Khan. The minaret is a symbol of the country and is an early example of the architecture of the XIV century.

-  Mosque and Jami Minaret.

Departure to Bukhara(455 km ~ 6.30 hours) by train or by car through the Kyzylkum Desert. (Depends on the weather conditions. Train schedule is 08:57 - 14:50, Tue, Fri, Sun)

Kyzylkum desert - Kyzylkum (from Turkic means «red sand») – is a sandy desert between the rivers Amudarya and Syrdarya in Central Asia. Its area is 300 thousand sq. km. To the northwest, the desert is limited by the hollow of the Aral Sea, to the northeast by Syrdarya, and to the southwest by Amudarya. In ancient times, the Great Silk Road passed through the Kyzylkum desert. Thanks to it, such famous cities as Bukhara, Samarkand and Khiva prospered. People of different professions worked here: sellers, interpreters, guards of caravans, tax collectors. It is very strange, but there was a hectic life in the desert.

09:00 Meet with your guide & driver and start a WALKING excursion in Bukhara.

- Ensemble Lyabi Hauz (Nadir Divanbegi Madrassa, Khanaka, Kukeldash Madrassa, and the monument of Khodja Nasreddin);

- Magoki Attari Mosque is one of the oldest mosques that survived in Bukhara from the time before the Mongolian invasion;

- Abdullakhan’s Tim with numerous handicraft shops of souvenirs, ceramics, national clothes, and carpets;

- Caravanserai Sayfuddin (the Center of Handicraft Development of Bukhara);

- There are three trading domes, or so-called covered bazaars: Toki Sarrofon, Toki Telpak Furushon and Toki Zargaron preserved from the XVI century, and these bazaars were centers of the silk trade, selling jewelry and even for money exchange. Today as well, one can enjoy and purchase different souvenirs in a wide range, from small souvenir magnets to the famous Bukhara carpets;

- Visit Ulughbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrassas or so-called Kosh (pare) madrassas opposite each other with a distinctive style of facade ornamental decoration;

- Poi Kalon Square with Kalon Minaret and Mosque, Mir Arab Madrassa – the heart of Bukhara, a monumental complex that impresses the imagination of every visitor;

- Ark Fortress – the oldest citadel dating back to I century BC, where anyone can feel the history of the great fortress covered in beautiful legends and myths.

Optionally can be added by request: Samanids mausoleum (IX century), a monument of early medieval architecture. 

18:00 Supper at the Nadir Divan Begi Madrasah, including a folk show with dances and singing.

20:00 Transfer back to the hotel.

Countryside tour(duration tour is 4-5 hours). You will become acquainted with:

- Sitorai-Mohi Hosa Palace - the home of the last Emir of Bukhara. Emir has died and was buried somewhere in Afghanistan, among ordinary people, and nowadays his grave looks like ruins;

- Memorial complex Bahouddin Naqshbandi;

- Chor-Minor madrasah;

14:30 Transfer to the railway station.

15:50 Departure to Samarkand by train 'Afrosiyob'

17:20 Arrival in Samarkand. Check-in the hotel.

09:00 Transfer to the famous winery & museum of the wine of Samarkand named after Mr. Khovrenko.

Start a sightseeing tour of Tashkent (5- 6 hrs), visiting old and new parts of it:

– Earthquake Memorial: the composition is devoted to the tragic date of the earthquake in Tashkent on April 26, 1966, and is erected in the approximate place of the earthquake epicenter. Residents still come to the monument to honor those people who took part in the reconstruction of Tashkent - the main square of Uzbekistan reflects the past, present, and future of the country;

– Khast Imam Square – a religious center of the city consisting of the Barakkhan madrasah;

– Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum and the library of Islamic Literature with the Holy Koran Book of the VII century. 

– Visit Chorsu marketplace and drive back to the new city by metro. 

Continue the excursion by visiting Independence Square. There are fountains standing for the life energy of the Uzbek people, the “Eternal Flame" in honor of soldiers who died during World War II,  the arch " Good and noble aspiration" crowned with birds of happiness and prosperity, a road "Ok Yul" (“Good Way”) leading to the Independence Monument, and the monument to Happy Mother that symbolizes the hope for a great future.

One can often see the newlyweds who start a family and independent life walking through the arch of “Good and noble aspirations”, laying flowers at the monument of Happy Mother and the Eternal Flame.

09:00 Leisure time, and to fill it, we can suggest visiting the Japanese Garden and taking a ride on the city cableway around the Japanese Garden & Tashkent Disneyland. (depending on the weather and seasonal time)

15:00 Transfer to the airport. Departure.
