Arrival in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. Meet your driver at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest after the journey. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast, begin the sightseeing tour of Ashgabat. Visit the archaeological site of Old Nisa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, followed by the Spiritual Mosque. Continue to the National Museum of History, Monument of Neutrality, Ertugrul Gazi Mosque and Independence Park. The tour also includes a visit to an Akhalteke horse stable and the Lenin Monument. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Early breakfast and transfer to the airport for a morning flight to Mary. Upon arrival, drive to Ancient Merv, one of the most important historical centers along the Silk Road. Explore the archaeological site, including Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum, Large and Small Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Gyaur Gala and Keshk Fortress. In the afternoon, return to Mary. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, depart Mary towards the Turkmenistan–Uzbekistan border. Complete customs and passport formalities on both sides. Continue to Bukhara, one of the most important historic cities of the Silk Road. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, start a walking sightseeing tour of Bukhara's historic center. Visit Lyabi-Khauz Ensemble, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Chor-Minor Madrasah, the traditional trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah. Continue to Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Ismail Samani Mausoleum and Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, continue sightseeing in the Bukhara region. Visit Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa, the former summer residence of the last Emir of Bukhara, followed by the Mausoleum of Bakhouddin Naqshbandi. In the afternoon, drive to Samarkand. On the way, stop at Rabat-i-Malik, an 11th-century caravanserai. Arrive in Samarkand and check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, meet your guide and begin a full-day sightseeing tour of Samarkand. Visit spectacular Registan Square, the remains of Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Siyob Bazaar, Ulugbek Observatory, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Gur-Emir Mausoleum, the burial place of Amir Timur. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, continue sightseeing with visits to the Afrosiab Museum and the Tomb of Saint Daniel. Drive to Konigil village to learn about the traditional production of Samarkand paper from mulberry trees. Later, transfer to the railway station and take the high-speed Afrosiyob train to Tashkent. After breakfast, explore Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Visit the Courage Monument and continue to the Old City. See the Mausoleum of Kaffal Shashi, Khast-Imam Complex, Islamic Civilization Center and Zarkaynar Street. Continue to Chorsu Bazaar and a local pottery gallery. Take a ride on the beautifully decorated Tashkent Metro before visiting the State Museum of Applied Arts, Alisher Navoi Opera and Ballet Theatre and Amir Timur Square. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, depart Tashkent for the Fergana Valley. Continue to Kokand, a historic city known for its rich architectural heritage. Visit Khudoyar Khan Palace, Jami Mosque and the museum of Hamza Hakimzade Niyazi. Continue to Fergana and check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Margilan, famous for its traditional silk production. Visit a local silk factory and observe the process of producing traditional ikat fabrics. Continue to Rishtan, one of Uzbekistan's best-known centers of traditional ceramics. Visit a local pottery workshop and discover the techniques behind the distinctive Rishtan ceramics. Return to Fergana. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, depart Fergana and return to Tashkent. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for shopping, relaxation or independent exploration of the city. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart Tashkent and travel to Samarkand. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore the city at your own pace or revisit some of its historical areas. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to the Uzbekistan–Tajikistan border at Jartepa. Complete customs and passport formalities and continue to Penjikent. Visit the Rudaki Museum, local bazaar and the archaeological site of ancient Penjikent, an important Sogdian settlement. Continue to Dushanbe. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, begin a sightseeing tour of Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. Explore the main historical, cultural and architectural landmarks of the city. Enjoy a walk through the central areas and discover the atmosphere of modern Dushanbe. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Hissar, located near Dushanbe. Visit the historic Hissar Fortress and explore the surrounding area. In the afternoon, return to Dushanbe. Free time in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, take a scenic excursion to the Varzob Valley, surrounded by mountains and beautiful natural landscapes. Enjoy a relaxing day outside the capital before returning to Dushanbe. Overnight at the hotel.
