15:00 Continue to Telavi. Check in to your hotel. Afternoon walk through the old town and the outdoor market.
19:00 Dinner at a local Telavi restaurant with a focus on Kakhetian cuisine.
09:30 Breakfast. Depart for a day among the smaller, family-run producers that rarely appear in guidebooks.
10:30 Visit Producer 1 — a father-and-son team making qvevri wine from 60-year-old Saperavi vines. Cellar visit and tasting.

14:00 Visit Producer 2 — a natural wine producer experimenting with skin-contact whites from Kisi grapes. Extended tasting and conversation.
16:00 Walk through the Alazani Valley vineyards — late afternoon light across the river and the Greater Caucasus beyond.
18:30 Return to Telavi. Dinner at the hotel.
09:00 Depart Telavi for Sighnaghi.
10:30 Bodbe Monastery visit. Walk to the holy spring.
12:00 Final winery stop in the Sighnaghi area — a larger estate with an impressive tasting room and export-quality wines.
13:30 Lunch in Sighnaghi.
15:00 Depart for Tbilisi.
